Overview
The Portals page lists every HubSpot portal connected to your organisation with its last sync and health. Administrators can open it; renaming, reconnecting and removing a portal are limited to owners.
Connecting a portal

| Start guided set-upButton | Shown when no portals are connected. Opens the set-up wizard, which connects the first portal and then covers admins, baseline and the first scan. |
| Finish set-upButton | Appears above the portal list while set-up steps remain. Returns you to the wizard at the first step still outstanding. |
| Connect with HubSpotButton | Starts the HubSpot app install. HubSpot asks you to choose a portal and approve the scopes, then returns you here. |
| Add another portalDialog | Appears when every portal on your plan is in use. Shows the prorated charge for one more portal; Confirm and pay adds it to your subscription. |
Managing a connected portal

| Sync nowButton | Pulls users, teams, permission sets and property metadata immediately instead of waiting for the schedule. |
| ReconnectButton | Owners only. Repeats the HubSpot install for a portal whose token has expired or whose scopes have changed. The portal keeps its name, history and baseline. |
| BaselineButton | Administrators only, and only while the portal has no baseline. Uploads a HubSpot user export CSV as the permission baseline, the same import as the Upload CSV button on Security, Baseline. The button disappears once a baseline exists. |
| Rename portalDialog | Owners only. Opened from the pencil next to the name. The new name is used across FlowSentinel and survives reconnection. Save name records an audit entry. |
| RemoveButton | Owners only. Opens the Remove confirmation. Remove portal disconnects it, clears cached data and removes it from every list and chart. |
| Set quarantine roleButton | Opens the Quarantine role dialog. Choose the restrictive HubSpot role that remediation actions move a compromised user to. Shows as Quarantine role set once chosen. |
| Portal healthButton | Expands the row to show each data feed, its last capture time and any feature blocked by your HubSpot subscription tier. |
Removing a portal cannot be undone from the console. Alerts, baselines and audit history linked to that portal are retained for your records but no longer shown.
