Person profiles

Everything you know about one person, on one page

Wherever a name appears in FlowSentinel it links to that person's profile: what they can do in every portal, what they can reach, what they have been doing, and what has been flagged about them.

Details

What the profile shows

Access in every portal

Permission set, seat, teams, super admin status and two-factor state, listed per portal rather than one portal at a time.

Records they can reach

How many contacts, companies, deals and tickets they own, and how many more are reachable through their teams, counted per portal.

Recent activity

Sign-ins and recorded actions, with the permissions that activity shows are actually being used and the ones that are not.

Alerts about them

Drift findings, multi-team membership and dormant privileged access, filtered to this person and paged from the database.

Edit their access

Change permission set, role and team membership from the profile. Write actions are refused server-side for read-only accounts.

Offboard from here

Start the leaver flow with the ownership counts already in front of you, including reassigning their records to a successor.

Why it matters

Access reviews are about people, not tables

A reviewer asking whether someone still needs their access should not have to piece the answer together from five portal exports. Every table on the profile is searched, filtered, sorted and paged in the database, so it stays quick on estates with thousands of accounts.
