What connecting a portal gives you
Encrypted tokens
Portal credentials are encrypted before storage and decrypted only server-side during a scan. They are never exposed to the browser.
Scheduled collection
Scans run on a schedule with single-flight locking, so two runs never overlap and a long pass resumes where it stopped.
Teams and permission sets
Team membership, permission sets and super admin status are collected together, so cross-team exposure is visible.
Membership-scoped access
Each person only sees the portals they are a member of. Administrators see the whole estate.
Health at a glance
Expand a portal for its last sync, the status of each data feed, the number of users and open alerts, and anything its HubSpot subscription will not release.
