Overview
The Admin section is available to owners and super admins. Its tabs are People, Teams, Provisioning, Anomaly rules, Two-factor, Plan and Billing. FlowSentinel staff also see All customers and System flow. People manages who can sign in to the FlowSentinel console; it does not change anything in HubSpot.
- Owner: everything, including billing, plan changes and portal removal.
- Super admin: everything except billing and plan changes.
- User: read-only across the portals they are given.
- View only: read-only with exports disabled.
You cannot change your own access level. Ask another owner, or sign in as one, to change it. The Last sign-in column shows the most recent sign-in or Never.
Buttons and dialogs

| Add userDialog | Enter an email and access level. An invitation email is sent and the address is added to the allow-list. Sign-in is invite-only, so an address not on this list cannot create an account. |
| Portal accessDialog | Limit the person to specific portals, with an optional per-portal access level that overrides their organisation-wide one. |
| Resend inviteButton | Sends the invitation email again for someone who has not yet signed in. |
| DeactivateButton | Locks the person out immediately, in the browser and on the server, while keeping their history. |
| ReactivateButton | Restores access for a deactivated person. |
| Delete this user?Dialog | Removes the invitation and account. Use Deactivate instead if you may need to restore access or keep them attributable in audit reports. |
