Buttons and dialogs
A team is a named set of portals and people. A person in a team can see every portal in it, in addition to any portals granted directly under People, Portal access.
| Control | What it does |

| New teamDialog | Name the team. Create the first team appears in the empty state and does the same thing. |
| ManageDialog | Opens the team dialog, titled with the team's name, where you tick the portals and people in the team. Changes save immediately. |
| Delete teamButton | The bin icon on a row. Removes the team; people keep any direct portal access. |
