Dashboard

The overview of your estate: user activity figures, active users and new alerts by day, and the connection state of each portal.

What you see

The dashboard is the first screen after sign-in. It summarises the portals you can access. Read-only users see the same figures as administrators, scoped to the portals they have been given.

  • User activity: people active in the last 24 hours, dormant for 30 days and new in the last 30 days.
  • Active users by day: a line per portal for the selected period.
  • New alerts by day: how many security alerts opened each day.
  • Portals: connection state and the last successful sync for each portal.

The two charts are cached for fifteen minutes in your browser and refreshed in the background. Use Refresh to force a reload from the server.
