What the page shows
- Permissions: the person's HubSpot permission set in each portal, coloured by how recently each capability was used.
- Record access: how many contacts and companies they can reach, and through which teams.
- Recent activity: the latest HubSpot audit and sign-in events naming them.
- Alerts: open and resolved security alerts about this person.
